Job Description

  • Lead generation through email marketing

  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.

  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up telephonic conference calls.

  • Maintain and expand the company‚Äôs database of prospects.

  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.

  • Overcome objections of prospective customers

  • Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of leads

  • Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.

  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and upsell.

  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable

  • Maintaining and updating clientele list on an everyday basis in excel or CRM software

  • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

  • Must understand and carry out instructions/tasks handed over effectively.

  • Must be flexible with a variety of work handed over and complete with justice. Must be a full - time dedicated team member.
