Lead generation through email marketing
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up telephonic conference calls.
Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Overcome objections of prospective customers
Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of leads
Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and upsell.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable
Maintaining and updating clientele list on an everyday basis in excel or CRM software
Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
Must understand and carry out instructions/tasks handed over effectively.
Must be flexible with a variety of work handed over and complete with justice. Must be a full - time dedicated team member.
